With a talent for clear communication and strategic thinking, she excels at helping others overcome challenges and move toward success. Driven by curiosity and purpose, Rachel aims to deliver results that align with her values and mission.

A Hoosier at heart, Rachel grew up in Warsaw, Indiana, and thrives in environments where she can make a meaningful impact. She joined JDLA in August 2024 and focuses on grant writing, nonprofit support, and strategic counsel. Her public sector background has honed her leadership, critical thinking, and work ethic, all while teaching her the value of service.

Rachel is currently pursuing a Master of Public Affairs in Public Management at Indiana University, expected to graduate summa cum laude in May 2025. She also holds a BA in Communication from Purdue University.

Outside of work, Rachel serves as Treasurer for the Johnson County Republican Party in the Indianapolis area and enjoys spending time with her husband, their cat Honey, and family and friends. She finds joy in cooking, playing tennis, and cherishing simple moments like starting her day with a warm cup of coffee or watching a sunset. If she could visit anywhere, it would be Hawaii for its perfect weather and slower pace. A passionate member of her church, Rachel believes true joy is found in following Jesus.
